Resilience Building Course for Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain is difficult to live with. It is hard to understand, you can’t see it and it varies day to day sometimes for no apparent reason. In addition to pain, people often experience frustration, anxiety, stress, sleeplessness, low mood, isolation, communication and relationship problems.

The sessions are now open to Scotland wide and will be online via Zoom.

Starting in January 2022 and throughout the year we will have sessions to help you manage your chronic pain.

Each month there will be 5 sessions which last an hour and half.
