Attending a pain association support
group is the first step...
Joining a support group offers the opportunity to be listened to,
to talk about how you feel, hear how others cope with similar problems and
learn actively to control pain.
The Association recognises that it is not only
pain sufferers who experience distress, but carers, relatives and friends may
also need support.
